URGENT APPEAL
Twin 1 and Twin 2 of Neelavati Mallikarjun Saravi, born on 17th August 2025, are just 41 days
old and currently admitted at NICE Advanced Neonatal Care Centre & Children’s Hospital,
Kolhapur. Both babies were born extremely preterm at just 28 weeks and are fighting for survival.
Twin 1 was born weighing only 840 grams and is suffering from Extreme Preterm Complications,
Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS), Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP), and requires
NICU care with oxygen, ventilator/blood support, injections, and feed establishment.
Doctors have estimated his treatment cost at Rs 4,00,000.-> Twin 2 was born weighing only
900 grams and is battling Extreme Preterm Complications, Low Birth Weight, Respiratory
Distress Syndrome (RDS), Neonatal Jaundice (NNJ), and requires 7–8 weeks of NICU
care with oxygen support, blood management, feed establishment, and continuous monitoring.
His treatment is also estimated at Rs 4,00,000.
Total Estimation for both twins is Rs. 8 Lakh
The father, a worker at MIDC, is unable to afford these huge medical expenses while struggling
to save both premature babies. We at CHAH Foundation appeal to your kindness—please
